Welcome to IdealisTech ("IdealisTech," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of idealistech.org and any related dashboard, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About IdealisTech

IdealisTech is a social media management platform based in Pakistan that allows individuals and businesses ("Clients," "you") to connect, manage, and publish content to their social media accounts — including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts — from a single dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the social media accounts you connect to the Service. If you are connecting a Page or account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on that business's behalf.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with IdealisTech. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Connecting Third-Party Platforms

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts, including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, via Meta's authentication and API services. By connecting an account, you authorize IdealisTech to access and use the data made available through the permissions you grant, in order to:

• Display your connected Pages and account information within the dashboard
• Read content, media, and engagement/insights data from your connected accounts
• Create, publish, edit, or delete posts and content on your behalf, at your direction

Your use of connected third-party platforms remains subject to that platform's own terms of service (e.g., Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards). IdealisTech is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post or publish unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data not belonging to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to spam, mislead, or deceive others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found in violation of these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data, including data obtained through connected social media accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and use.

We do not sell your personal data or the data of your connected accounts to third parties. Data obtained through Meta's platforms is used solely to provide and improve the Service, consistent with Meta's Platform Terms.

7. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge. IdealisTech reserves the right to introduce paid plans or fees for certain features in the future, with advance notice to users before any such changes take effect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials that make up the Service (excluding content you upload or publish through connected accounts) are owned by IdealisTech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service to your connected social accounts.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required to comply with a third-party platform's policies (including Meta's).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (including Meta) that affect your connected accounts, such as suspensions, restrictions, or policy changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdealisTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
